d.    Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Object Types

 

3.    Desirable Skills:

a.    Good Communication Skills

b.    Configuration Domain Knowledge (Service Configuration is plus)

c.    Understanding Selectica (Modeling techniques, KBS generation, types of rules, session management)
