Required:

4+ yrs of experience functioning as a Business or IT Analyst on medium to large size cross-functional projects - a 'hybrid' Business/IT Analyst experience is desirable

Demonstrated project experience in business process analysis, design/re-design, requiring systematic process automation and integration implementation between multiple internal enterprise applications and/or with business partner applications - Analyst experience on B2B projects desirable

Critical thinking & analytical assessment of complex systems and integrated processes

Quick, in-depth learner with ability to work with certain level of ambiguity

Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication &  presentation skills (i.e. articulate, concise, and contextual)

Highly evolved teamwork and collaboration skills, multi-tasking in a virtual work environment

Passion for proactive problem-solving & conflict resolution through relationships, networking, and influencing

Ability to work independently by taking ownership of activities/tasks from inception to successful completion
