Duration : 6+months

Description: Responsible for leading project teams and managing activities associated with high-visibility projects that are long-term, company-wide (crossing multiple organizational entities) and significant in risk, scope and complexity.  Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements and business cases, including statements of work.  May manage a family or series of projects associated with a specific business strategy.  Develops and revises highly complex project plans and budgets.  Responsible for understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines.  Interacts and negotiates with senior and/or executive management on a regular basis.  Creates and implements complex communication plans.  Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports.  Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.  May be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors.  May assist in project staff selection, training and performance evaluations.
