Below is the feedback on a candidate who interviewed recently: hopefully it helps to qualify candidates:
Candidate seems to be exposed to lot of technologies but seems to lack depth in the areas that we are interested in
Messaging : MQ , TIBCO, Multithtreading
UI: Do not seem much design pattern experience when doing WPF UI such as MVVM, MVC. No experience with 3rd party controls such as Infragistics etc…
JOB DESCRIPTIOPN:
Skills
More than 7 years for experience in .NET/C#
Strong in .NET Internals, Memory Management, Multi Threading, Design Patterns
Server side programming, Messaging (MQ, TIBCO…)
UI (WPF or Silverlight)
Microsoft SQL Server, TSQL, Stored Procs
They will be writing services- so basic messaging experience.
One person will be focusing more on the UI, and presenting reports
One focused more on server side and some messaging.
