? Should be able to assist team in writing Test Plan, Test Cases, Execution, defect tracking, Customer reporting. ? Should have knowledge on Test estimation, Optimum use of tools and techniques. ? Prior experience of handling a team is a must. ? Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies. ? Should have hands on experience working on Mainframe testing projects ? Should have knowledge on batch processing, JCL, VSAM errors and be able to assist team resolving issues. ? Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool ? Hands-on working experience on mainframe system ? Hands-on working experience on SQL queries and RDBMS concepts
