Duration:  4+ months

Location: Southern New Jersey

Rate: $90/hr. (competitive)

 

·         Recent experience in LTC arena (clinical & billing)

·         Document "recommended" LTC Multi-generational plan - Phased approach (MDS first, the Clindoc, then CPOE)

·         Provide input to Project Scope/Statement of Work

·         Participate in Vendor Demos

·         Participate in RFP process

·         Conduct interviews with LTC Administration & staff (operational workflow - current & future state)

·         Deliver Current/Future State documentation & maps (Clinical & Billing - from Admission to Billing)- areas of focus within the Admissions Department, Patient Care Documentation, Medication Administration Documentation, Billing Department, and mandated federal and state compliance reporting mechanisms

·         Workflow redesign documentation - Analysis of documentation workflows that will need to be modified to optimize future state automated system

·         Document Meaningful Use requirements

·         Document feasibility of 100% paperless environment

·         Document LHR and audit trail requirements?

·         Document integration points with other Virtua systems & vendors

·         Document Device/Device integration requirements

·         Assist with identifying project metrics/benefits (measurements) for project phases

·         Document roles and gap analysis - physician, nursing, RNAC, retail pharmacy, dietary, rehab services (i.e. PT/OT), Billing, System Administrator

·         Technology recommendations or requirements to support the plan (hardware & software)

·         Identify potential Risks/Challenges
