Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing project management of a highly complex project associated with development and delivery of new services. You will develop the project initiation documentation, planning all aspects of the project including but not limited to schedule, budget, resourcing plan, risk plan, change control, issues management, communications plan, performance measures, project status reporting, and integration with other projects; ensure project compliance with existing client project management legislation, standards, and policies. This position will initially manage a project to establish Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Experience in health, HR, health IT and Medicaid IT is helpful.
You must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field desired, or equivalent work experience. You should possess a demonstrated ability: to analyze technology related issues and develop solutions and recommendations for appropriate action; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to project documentation; and, to establish and maintain effective working relationships. You must have an ability to work with multiple stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and consensus on plans, policies, and initiatives at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.; a working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture SOA); a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and a proven ability to manage teams and projects.
