Responsibilities:

• coordinate with the offshore development team any issues that are obstacles to delivery, perform code reviews and ensure that the team is performing to the schedule.
• The PM is not doing any hands on technical work but needs a Mainframe technical background. In addition the PM needs to maintain the project plan, coordinate with the business and other teams on the project status.
• PM needs to drive the project coordinating with offshore.
•  This person will be providing oversight to our onsite delivery leads .
•  The offshore delivery leads will report into the onsite delivery leads and ultimately into this management position.
• This is a hands on Manager that will be partnering with my Directors and Architects and our business community to drive end to end development in a self contained manner.

 

Qualifications:

• 5 Years Experience Project manager of Application Delivery team
• 5 Years Experience Mainframe Techniacl background
• 3 Years Experience Maintain Project plan and attend Scrum meetings.
• 3 Years Experience worked with offshore and drive delivery team.
