Job Description:

·  Custom Remedy ARS solutions with full lifecycle responsibilities (requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, testing and documentation.).

·  Custom Enterprise Business Objects universe design, BOE Administration, and report development (WEBI and Crystal Reports.).

·  Remedy administrative functions (server configuration, licensing and version upgrades, user-id maintenance, troubleshooting server issues.).

·  Strong, custom development experience with Remedy 7.x and Remedy mid-tier preferred.

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·  Ability to work closely with peer developers and internal customers.

·  Ability to work independently and self-start.


Required Skills:

·  Oracle / SQL.

·  Unix (Solaris).

·  Server Administration / Virtualization.

·  Strong MS Windows OS / PC skills.


Educational Qualifications/Experience:

·  Bachelors Degree in IT or related experience.

·  Minimum 5 years relevant experience.


Work Hours/Shift Timings:

Day Shift. No overtime.
