CRITICAL CORE COMPETENCIES: • Expert Knowledge – J2EE (1.5 and 1.6), JAX-WS, Hibernate, MVC2, Beans, JSP, Maven2, ant, Design Pattern, XSLT • Thinking Clearly & Analytically – Must be able to analyze complex systems and issues and implement solutions to meet design. Takes initiative to solving problems and defines and executes multi-phase solutions. • Time Management – Must be able to participate in and manage deliverables for multiple components.
REQUIRED: KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION • At least eight years experience with JAVA development, as well as extensive experience with Graphical User Interface , Design, and Deployment • Must be familiar with Agile development • Experience in implementing backend solution • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in full software development lifecycle • Ability to give realistic level of effort • Development of JAVA component and applications • Validation of the development against Unit Testing, performance errors analysis and development unit test automation.
