Technical Skills Required
ü Excellent knowledge of BizTalk 2009/2010
ü Requires knowledge of BizTalk administration and configuration
ü Excellent knowledge of BizTalk and SQL deployments on clusters (multiple servers)
ü Message translation, Message bus, Adapters, message transformation,parsing and Transaction monitoring (BAM)
ü Knowledge of C#, Visual Studio and Microsoft development tool set
ü Excellent knowledge of WCF, difference between Certificate and Windows Authentication
ü Basic understanding of Load balancer and how it is used to direct traffic to multipl BizTalk receive locations, BizTalk throttling behavior
ü Basic understanding of storage area network (SAN), Windows Failover Clustering and working with Clustered SQL instance
Soft Skills
ü Ability to work independently and problem solving skills
ü Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate issues and resolution
ü Ability to communicate with multiple onboarding teams and to manage on boarding issues and risks
