Hello Partners,   We have Multiple Tibco Lead Needs. Job Title    :Tibco Lead Job Location : Minneapolis And Boston Job Duration : 6 Months Number of Position : 3   Job Description: Experienced in coding using SOA,TIBCO BW 5.X, ADB Adapter, TIBCO EMS, Unix and mainframe knowledge added advantage. Analyze customer requirements and functional requirements in order to write technical specifications; ensures quality of technical specifications written by team . 2. Collaborate with project manager to create the development schedule, including work effort estimates, work breakdown structure, resource allocation, etc. 3. Collaborate with the architect to ensure that the architectural vision is realized in the technical specifications and code created. 4. Provide technical leadership to developers throughout entire project life cycle. 5. Conduct code reviews throughout the development phase, ensuring that best practices are followed and lessons learned are promulgated to entire team. 6. Estimate level of effort to code and test moderately difficult to complex requirements. 7. Create key project deliverables, including technical specifications, unit tests, and tested code. 8.
