·  7+ years of Software QA experience (mostly .NET/SQL based systems)

·  Knows the software development life cycle

·  In charge of generating test plans and test cases

·  Executes test runs and generates test run reports

·  In charge of defect life cycle

·  Can find and reproduce defects and document them

·  Operational support & research

·  In-depth understanding of SQL (can read/write queries)

·  Basic understanding of .NET and C# software language 

·  Excellent verbal/written communication

·  Plus: C# and/or SQL programming skills for writing automated tests

·  Plus: Healthcare experience with Claims or Encounters

Jr. QA Lead

·  3+ years of Software QA experience (mostly .NET/SQL based systems)

·  Excellent verbal/written communication

·  Excellent skills in desktop publishing: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, typical Graphics Software features

·  Can create screen mockups, workflow diagrams, state diagrams, general data models, presentations, etc

·  Can document detailed feature/functions and create polished Software Requirements documents

·  Can present and review requirements with stakeholders and engineering teams

·  Basic understanding of .NET software capabilities (web, desktop, service applications)

·  Plus: Basic project management skills (reading/creating basic gantt charts)

·  Plus: UML diagramming skills

·  Plus: Familiar with Agile processes

·  Expert in SilverLight or WPF design and programming

·  Good in scripting languages (Jscript or VBScript)

·  Can interact with test engineers to review/present features/functions
