Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3+ months
Chosen candidate will require a standard back ground check and drug screen
Job Responsibilities:
• Leverage corporate real estate knowledge OR Siemens systems and process knowledge to gather requirements by interviewing subject matter experts (SME's), conducting surveys and analyzing existing documentation
• Work independently with SME's to progressively elaborate information needs and functional requirements
• Filter user-specific wants from true departmental requirements. Develop final requirements document by compiling and evaluating information gathered from multiple sources and reconciling conflicts
• Uncover the details supporting high-level information as well as translate detailed information into broader concepts
• Analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
• Collaborate with vendor (of IWMS software package) to develop test plans and implementation plan
Skill Sets Required:
Exercise strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Exercise strong verbal and written communication skills and interact professionally with a dispersed group of managers and SME's across the US
Real Estate background is a must
Education:
College Degree or Equivalent preferred
