Overall 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing web
applications and web services on Microsoft .NET technologies and
ASP.NET
> Strong expertise in application design frameworks like MVC3, MVVM and various design patterns
> Strong RDBMS expertise with Oracle and SQL Server including writing complex stored procedures, performance tuning, query optimization, etc.
> Hands on experience with
§ Microsoft .NET Framework 3.x, 4.x, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.
§ RESTful services using WCF and JSON
§ Visual C# .NET, XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
§ Microsoft Entity Framework, NHibernate
§ Silverlight 4.0, AJAX, jQuery
> Unit Testing Frameworks like NUnit or Microsoft Unit Testing Framework
> Excellent communication and soft skills
> Experience dealing with customers and managing customer expectations
