Position:  Business Analyst

Duration:  4 Months (RTH)

Location:  FRANKLIN LAKES, New Jersey

 

Prior Health Care Industry experience is MUST.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business, Product, pharmacy operations and technology teams in developing functional requirements to satisfy the specific requirement; outlining the optimal design solution to achieve the business objective
• Partner with Development to facilitate discussions concerning the functional specifications in translating those requirements into a design
• Partner with Quality Assurance on development of test cases, and be able to crosswalk functional specifications with test scenarios, and be in position to sign-off on risks, and final status of implementation
• Lead sub-team meetings and participate on core team discussions for major project initiatives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering meeting and problem solving sessions as needed.
• Manage various client projects and key funded business initiatives, as assigned
• Development of project plans, timelines and deliverables with responsibility to ensure these deliverables are satisfied
• Identify development opportunities and define requirements for 'production fixes' and schedule implementation
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, be self-managed and motivated
• Ability to make decisions under tight timelines and maintain grace under pressure
• Ability to make recommendations for optimal process design and support the use of best practices



Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience Analyzing and writing Functional Requirements.
• Experience in developing Test cases for QA.
• Strong knowledge base of cross functional business areas and ability to assess impact on those areas.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
