Job title:
Technical Support Analyst 

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 months + likely go 1 year or longer.
Rate: $ DOE/hr on C2C

Required Skills:
Provide end user support via telephone, email, chat and web which includes call logging and problem resolution. 
Maintains up-to-date expertise in the operation and application of the WM standard hardware and software i.e., network connectivity, MSIE, Outlook, VPN, Windows 2000, Windows XP and remote control tools to enable a high level of first call resolution. 
Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity, remote connectivity, WIFI, Outlook configuration, printing local and printing from the network, IE issues and much more. 
Assists in the installation of specified software packages such as word processing, or spreadsheet programs to a computer 
Maintains a working knowledge of a wide variety of commonly used hardware and software including enterprise applications 
Assists in evaluation and testing of hardware and software 
Ability to accurately interpret and fulfill customer requirements to achieve high first call resolution and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction. 
Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships and an effective system of communication within the organization 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and interface with both technical and non-technical personnel 
Candidate requirements: 
Schedule flexibility a must. 
French speaking preferred but not required. 
Minimum of a two-year associate degree in an Information Technology related field or equivalent experience 
• Two or more years experience with Personal Computers (PC) operating environments 
• A good understanding of computer hardware and software technologies in a network environment 
• A+, Network +, and\or MCSE Certification desirable 
• Ability to comprehend and retain technical information 
• Able to work with or without constant supervision, open to change, able to manage concurrent tasks 
• Ability to get along well with others 
• Ability to comprehend and utilize software 
• Excellent detail and self-organizational skills 
• Ability to handle high stress level 
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment 
• Apply professional, effective English verbal and written communication skills 
• Highly motivated and self-assured; hands-on problem solver 
• Team player
