Hotlist-Hotlist Need SQL Server Database developer--Somerset, NJ

Hi Friends,

We have an immediate requirement for SQL Server Database developer

 

 

Location: Somerset, NJ

Duration – 6+months

 

Job Description:

• 7+ years as a SQL database developer, with at least three years on a recent (2005+) version of MS SQL Server.
• Able to work with the business users.
• Adept at logical design. Must be able to take business requirements and design the database solution:  tables, processing, control, etc.
• Adept at physical design:  degree of normalization, functional decomposition, and
• Experience with very large tables, e.g, tables with hundreds of millions of rows.
• Adept at object-level development:  tables, indexes, stored procedures, functions, etc.
• Very good understanding of testing:  planning, conducting, and evaluating unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests.
• Understanding of database deployment procedures.
