Type: 6+Month

Start: ASAP

Experience: 3 – 5 years

 

  • Resolve any incidents that require in depth technical skills and a deeper understanding of the infrastructure and / or environment software.
  • Coordinate with offshore team and liaise with the end users for any ticket clarifications
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of problem tickets
  • Fix infrastructure and / or environment software bugs/defects
  • Provide effort and time estimates for Operational Change Requests and submit it to the Change Control Board
  • Implement Operational Change Requests
  • Perform Release Management tasks
  • Ensure all SOPs are followed while performing support & maintenance tasks
