Description:

• Capable of assessing the technology and infrastructure landscape of Citrix and VMware based applications hosting environment • Excellent support experience on administering and maintaining windows based virtual systems hosting critical business applications • Good understanding of Citrix environment setup and troubleshooting issues therein • Knowledge of DMZ setup and virtual environments hardening process • Knowledge of PIN network security requirements and associated industry standards • Ability to understand and define / follow support models • Good experience in working on big projects and has led co-ordination between various project stakeholders • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Able to participate and convincingly lead root cause analysis discussions on system infrastructure, firewall, and network issues
