| Hello Partners, We have an Urgent requirement for Sr Business Analyst (payment processing) Lead for one of our Clients. Below are the position details. Position : Sr Business Analyst (payment processing) Financial Exp Lead. Location : Jersey City, NJ. Duration : 1 Year. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, writing business and technical requirements, testing and training of new system components and system integration. This role will be well suited to a candidate who effectively communicates with the business and technology in both a written and oral capacity. The main interfaces will be with the North America development teams, product development teams, clients, US and sometimes global BAU systems, as well as with other technical teams in other locations, mainly NY, NJ, Delaware and India. This is an agile development environment with short release cycles and dynamic business requirements. A successful candidate will have the ability to drive functional issues from start to finish and prioritize initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Be responsible for analysis, design reviews, writing functional requirements documents, communication with the business and technology, testing and training of systems and new functionality . * Liaise with clients, Product Development, Technology teams, and Operation teams in order to define, document and deliver new requirements and changes to existing functionality. * Lead a small team of business analysts; create and manage functional project plans, responsible for issue tracking and reporting. * Perform documentation review, GAP analyses, SIT testing, UAT support, software deployment and production support. * Work with additional teams in technology and business as needed to drive requirements to completion. * Provide input to Project Manager (estimation and planning) . * Ensure that issues are promptly resolved or escalated . * Provide Release and production support and training, as required, to ensure application quality. Job Requirements: * 8+ years experience as a business analyst. * 4 - 5 years experience working in banking or financial services. * Solid Business analysis skills, communication/presentation skills and project management skills is critical (Must be a team player). * Client facing GUI experience preferred. * Knowledge of payment processing systems preferred.. * Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) . * Understanding of technologies; such as J2EE, Weblogic, Volante and/or Tibco BW . * Experience dealing with EDI format (820, 835 ) , CCD,CTX and XML files preferred. * Experience working with business and technology teams required. * Oracle SQL skills required.( able to write SQL queries). * Familiarity with SVN and source control required. * Bachelors degree required in Business related area. * MBA preferred.
