1) Peoplesoft Conversion Lead - Technical
This person will be representing JCI and be dealing with CAP Gemini.
- Design conversion of legacy system.
- Data mapping/Data conversion
- Design and analysis for development
- Produce a plan, then execute it.
- Need someone that has all ready done a Peoplesoft HR conversion
Qualities: Excellent communication skills in written and oral. Someone with large corporation experience is a must. Someone that has worked with global cultures, respectful of the many time zones that will be dealt with. Independent and self guided
2) Peoplesoft Infrastructure Lead - Technical
Working with the Network Managers to see what bandwith will be needed and what hardware is needed for this transition.
- Responsible for the Peoplesoft Infrastructure role out.
- works with regional IT network managers to design plan for full infrastructure.
- Acts more of Project Manager for role out

3) Peoplesoft Integration Lead- Functional
This person is very familiar with Peoplesoft Technologies.
- Needs to integrate Peoplesoft with any of the systems that will be used.
- Must have a Functionality mindset of what Peoplesoft can do and with what.
