Duration : 6+ Months
Description:
- PeopleSoft compensation planning consultant.
- PS Compensation Functional Consultant (will lead the area).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Independent and self starter.
- Experience with several implementations (including PS HCM 9.0).
- Leading and documenting requirements gathering, reviewing and documenting gaps, preparing functional and configuration designs.
- Configuring the system, test planning and execution, status reporting, UAT support, Deployment support and post cutover support.
