Overview

 

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and results-oriented IT professional, with leadership, analysis and functional experience in the implementation and support of advanced business and technology solutions. This position requires an individual with confidence and a proven track record in working with multi-dimensional and cross functional teams in the delivery of efficient and effective Human Resource solutions. Excellent communication and listening skills are required in the daily interactions with a variety of roles and authority levels inside the company.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Candidate should have minimum of 5-7 years hands-on experience implementing Oracle HRMS and Benefits modules (at least one implementation should be a Global implementation)

·         Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HRMS solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. 

·         At least 1-2 full end to end HRMS implementation project cycles:

  • Proficient in studying the user requirements and configuring the above functionalities within the solution.
  • Proficient in designing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support and User training. Must have good understanding of AIM processes/phases and documentation 

·         In depth functional working knowledge of the following applications: Oracle Core HR, i-Recruitment, OAB, including Fast Formulas, Oracle HR Self-Service, Compensation Work Bench and Performance Appraisals.

·         Should possess strong communication and client management skills 

·          Ability to prepare test scripts and conduct functional testing for HRMS modules 

Job Description

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Manage the development and maintenance of AIM Business Process Documents such as BR100  configuration and global setup, functional requirements, Gap Analysis, Use Case Summaries and Interface Designs.

·         Provide support and advice with the configuration of ORACLE production applications for HRMS, OAB, Compensation, Performance Appraisals, Benefits, Hourly timekeeping,  recruiting, and database interfaces within the HR business process. Provide assistance with the security, ORACLE responsibilities, alerts, workflow approvals, reporting and system privileges.

·         Assist business leaders by scoping the proposed solution leading to accurate cost and time estimates. Accountable for providing leadership and facilitation for requirements gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings.

·         Assist HRIS Manager in completing tasks related to configuration and setup. Perform train the trainer functions as needed.

·         Responsible for identifying and analyzing non-functional requirements such as system performance, usability, reliability, adaptability, security, legal, compliance  and other operational aspects.

·         Support all ORACLE HR Applications regarding patching, upgrades and maintenance activities by testing and troubleshooting functional issues. Lead functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches and upgrades.

·         Perform Tier II system troubleshooting in a production support environment for the ORACLE HRMS application modules. Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs). Provide end-user instruction, training and support to resolve application issues. Manage ORACLE Service Requests (SR's) to resolution effectively.

·         Lead system enhancements initiatives by designing and formulating solutions. Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process.  Facilitates: Business requirements analysis, gap analysis, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), user acceptance testing, and cost/benefit analysis in an effort to guide information technology solutions into alignment with the business unit they support.

·         Monitor effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient.

Provide strong leadership and organizational direction to IT to ensure alignment with HR business departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
