Oracle Applications R12 – Self Service, iRecruitment, Benefits and
Payroll
Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
Develop PL/SQL packages, SQL Queries
Develop Inbound and Outbound Interfaces for Payroll, Benefits.
Work on Forms Personalization to suit client needs
Develop/customize workflows
Develop OA Forms, Reports using XML publisher/Oracle Reports
Develop Java/J2EE programs for OA forms to meet the requirements
Develop JSP/Struts for forms/web pages
Develop/Set up AME rules for approvals
Write MD70 and MD120 for program units
Provide technical support to the HR modules
