Strong leadership skills
3+ years of proven HTML or Portal experience
3+ years of .Net 3.5 experience
10+ years of .Net experience including multi-threading
5+ SQL Server 2005/2008 programming experience
Strong Design Patterns knowledge including Composite Application Guidance
Excellent Architecture/Design Skills
Ability to work with and lead teams with 3+ years of proven technical leadership
Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
