The Applications Support Developer/Software Engineer will coordinate the support, development and delivery of the maintenance requests related to the Policy and Billing SFO application to include, but not be limited to:
· Provide level 2 and 3 phone support / assistance for Online systems and support to internal and external users and helpdesk staff
