Job Description:

- Work with the application, technical architecture and client teams to plan all phases of testing.
- Manage testers' work throughout test plan, development and test execution phases to ensure that testing is on time and within budget.
- Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
- Ensure the team follows the testing standards, guidelines and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach.
- Review test and validation results to ensure they meet the entry and exit criteria.
- Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards.
- Modify QA Plan and Test Strategy for RIO, as needed
- Responsible for managing/creating/updating the following deliverables:
Test Approaches for different releases
Test Scenarios
Test Conditions & Expected Results
Test Cycle Control Sheet
Test Scripts
- Responsible for managing Test execution & defect Metrics
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience as Test Analyst/Test Lead/QA Lead
