ETL Tester

2 months + extension

Dallas, TX

Rate - $40/hr

No. of positions:3

 

 

Immediate start

 

1.       Good Communication skills

2.       ETL testing experience

3.       Data Analysis experience is plus

4.       Experience in QA methodologies

5.       Experience using Quality Center tool

6.       Through experience in writing/executing test cases using requirements document.

7.       SQL queries writing experience using Oracle database and SQL Server database

8.       Experienced in SDLC process and Software Testing Life Cycle

 

 

Responsible for testing of the various ETLs with Informatica. Should be able to:
- Scope review, Understanding Requirements, Providing inputs to prepare Project Plan.
- Develop test scenarios/conditions along with test data requirements
- Detail the test cases with test steps
- Execute Tests
- Review design, test scenarios for testing applications
- Validate test data for testing 
- Interaction with Customer Rep at onsite for issues/clarifications
- Interact, coordinate and collaborate with different groups (business support, applications and users)

Key Result Areas
- Good experience in testing in the ETL area
- Hands on knowledge of the SQL
- Experience in translating requirements into Test requirements and test conditions
