Responsibilities:

• Delivering classes and components for Java-based Applications for the Investment Bank
• Presenting design solutions to business needs;
• Work with a team of developers to build a multi-tier complex Enterprise Java components and ecosystems
• Build software solutions according to the quality and delivery standards of the program

Qualifications & Technical skills

• At least 5 years experience with Core Java developing software solutions
• Development experience developing SOA services
• Must have experience with SPRING
• Must have experience with JMS Python
• Sybase / Oracle;
• Good communication skills
• Linux, Solaris, Windows experience
• Weblogic or JBoss experience required

Skills:

• Java/OO programming (minimum 5 years J2EE, familiarity with a structured development environment strongly desired)
• Cross-platform OS/infrastructure experience (preferred)
• XML-based system integration o Some architecture design (UML, Visio)
• Security
• Eclipse
• Perforce
• Ant/Maven
