Job Title: Financial Analyst
Duration:1Year
Location: PA
Rate:DOE
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required); candidates with a Master's degree in accounting, finance, or other business administration specialty, preferred;
At least 6 years experience in finance or accounting at an administrative or professional level; with a minimum of 3 years of forecasting, budgeting and reporting experience. Candidates with at least 2 years of project accounting experience, preferred.
Excellent financial analytical skills combined with a strong attention to detail and the ability to present complex information in a usable format to a diverse audience;
Knowledge of, and ability to interpret and apply, finance and accounting policies, practices, and systems;
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making to achieve organizational objectives; with an ability to problem solve and facilitate solutions with limited direction;
Strong planning, organization, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills; and
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
