Position: Senior Java Engineer
Responsibilities
* Build highly scalable, high performance and stable advertising experience.
* Understand the business requirements, translate them into design and implementation approaches, and rapidly drive convergence towards the best solution.
* Engineer the full product lifecycle, from concepts, design, through maintenance, managing prioritization and trade-offs across functional domains.
* Develop and maintain (hands-on) high quality code base, consistently delivering challenging, stable, and maintainable projects on schedule.
* Adopt and improve best practices to foster agile methods of software development.
Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant work experience.
* BS in Computer Science.
* Proven track record of full software development life-cycle, from requirements analysis and design all the way to testing and deployment.
* Proven track record of designing and developing high performance and massively scalable web-based applications.
* Expertise in OOD and Java.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills to work with various cross functional teams on multi-team projects.
* Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
