Immediate Need a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant - IL
 
Title            :   Lead Peoplesoft Functional Consultant
Location      :   Chicago, IL
Duration      :   18 +Month contract
 
Working with the benefits project team and the Payroll implementation team, will serve as the principle Business Analyst for Payroll system changes.  Will work with end users and team members to fully understand and document requirements.  Will then identify solution options within the PeopleSoft product that meets requirements in the most efficient manner.  Will be the PeopleSoft Payroll subject matter expert on the project team.
 
Must Haves:
 
7+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll and HR functional experience with working knowledge of Version 9.0.  Familiarity with People Tools is needed.  
Ability to define and document end user requirements. 
Highly skilled in understanding core PeopleSoft Payroll regarding capabilities,  configuration settings, and available options to address requirements. 
Must be self-motivated and capable of working with end-users, project and support team members, and vendors. 
Must be able to identify viable solutions and provide gross-level estimates.  
Experienced in developing and documenting business processes and procedures and test cases.
