Datawarehouse/ETL/SSIS
Manager is looking for a very senior Datawarehouse ETL resource with atleast 10 years of experience. Strong SSIS, SQL server , Integration and tuning of SQL experience.
His project is a hybrid one with ETL and C# middletier and hence he wanted someone with C# middletier exp. But he realizes that it is difficult to get an expert in both DW ETL and C# hence he is focusing on DW ETL.
MUST – Candidate should have worked on ETL large scale application. Their current database is a partitioned database with 20 partitions and each partition has 160 million rows. When you send me a resume, please add in the sell note:
ETL using integration services exp
Large scale db exp (need details on how many partitions / rows the candidate has worked on)
SSIS
SQL Tuning
Pls make sure your candidates have long term projects, good comm. skills and extensive DW ETL exp with SSIS.
Huge plus (but not required):
C#, middletier, multithreading, server side (not UI).
