We have an urgent requirement for Systems Administrator - IIS Server; please find the details of the project below.
Position: Systems Administrator - IIS Server
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Redmond, WA
The Job Description is as follows:
Skills must have:
• Windows Server 2008/2003
• 4+ years of experience with windows administration & troubleshooting skills required. IIS 7.0/6.0
• Knowledge of IIS 6.0 or 7.0, Installation, configuration, App Pools, SSL, managing web farms and troubleshooting skills are required
Networking skills:
• Troubleshooting network related issues. SQL Server 2008
• SQL Server 2008 administration and troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage
Others:
• Knowledge of Load Balancing solutions such as BIGIP, WLBS, Application Center server
• Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as SCOM, MOM or any other
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Experience with scripting concepts and techniques would be a strong plus such as VBScript or PowerShell
