Position: Messaging & Collaboration Server Software Support

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6+ months

 

The following knowledge/skills are needed:

- Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007 required; Microsoft Lync 2010 server highly desirable.

- Applied knowledge of Windows 2008 servers and Active Directory required.

- Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 and Live Meeting clients required.

- Applied knowledge of HP Service Manager desirable.

- Knowledge of internal client processes related to supporting Windows server - highly desirable.

 

Responsibilities:

- Work on the Lync 2010 project and potentially support the OCS 2007/Lync 2010 infrastructures in production.
