•Cisco CVP Studio Experience
•Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
•Application Scripting & Support
•Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
•TCP/IP networking fundamentals
•Voice User Interface Design
•Complex Call Routing Application Design
•AT&T Route IT application
•Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
•Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
•Self Directed
•Team player
•Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
