Location : Washington DC
Duration : 6+months
Develop and conduct unit tests plans supporting agreed upon requirements.
Write systems documentation to facilitate systems maintenance.
Perform all duties and roles within professional capabilities to support projects.
Requirements:
The subcontractor should be proficient in Java web application development including Spring,Spring MVC, Ant, Maven or similar tools/technologies.
The subcontractor has demonstrated knowledge of Agile development processes.
The subcontractor has worked in a Continuous Integration environment using automated
software unit and functional testing (JUnit, HTMLUnit, Selenium, Watir, Cucumber, etc).
Proficient with database technologies and Object-Relational Mapping tools (Hibernate, JPA, ActiveRecord, etc).
Experience with public-facing web apps, including AJAX, Javascript, and scaling issues.
Familiarity with dynamic language frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, or a desire to learn.
Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills, both technical and business focused.
