Job Title: PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultants – AP / AR
Location: Manhattan, New York City, NY
Duration: 2-3 Months
Target Hire Date: Immediate
I have an urgent position available for PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultants – AP / AR
Requirements:
- 4+ years AP / AR experience
- Identify AP & AR business process improvements
- Must maintain a complete understanding of PeopleSoft tables and integration points and keep abreast of new enhancements and planned new Oracle/PS releases
- Ability to work with, train and coach other team members
- Ability to help troubleshoot technical issues and communicate to IT Department as necessary
- Maintain configuration values and lead/support testing of PeopleSoft functionality
- Analyze and audit PeopleSoft table setup and data to ensure compliance
- Write scopes of work & functional specifications
- Support small-to large-scale projects for PeopleSoft implementations and modifications
- Integrate across teams to document, research and troubleshoot intermediate issues
- Develop and update operating procedures and training materials as needed
- Maintain appropriate level of process, functional & technical knowledge
- Mentor, coach and support other team members as appropriate
- Ensure that assignments are completed with the highest quality and within the guidelines of any Service Level Agreement
- Identify, document and review input to knowledge management tool
