Skills:

Candidate should be very good with basics and advanced level understanding of C#, asp.net and WebServices (should know how to create and consume webservices)

Required experience:

5+ years of recent experience in full life-cycle .NET development and in a Web development environment.

Emphasis on web development with possible opportunity for windows development.
 
Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of ASP.NET , Webservice, WCF and windows  application

• 4 years of experience in the Microsoft C# programming language

• Experience utilizing SQL Server as backend for applications

• Experience and comfort using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server tools

• Good design skill with strong object oriented concepts

• Working experience in SCRUM agile methodology.


Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Flex

•Test driven development using MS Test

• Knowledge in IIS settings and server set up

• Knowledge in Fluorine FX and Flex


Necessary soft skills:

• Communicate effectively and precisely with other technical team members

• Possess high integrity and work ethic

• Work well in a team environment and encourage other team members

• Have a positive outlook and "can do" attitude

• Manage time and efforts independently to meet or exceed expectations of role
 

Client interview is going to be a telephonic/webcam. All candidates confirmed will be expected to carry a laptop..
