Skill Requirements:

·       1-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter specializing in servicing client requirements for large corporations

·       Recruiting, interviewing and placing IT professionals in contract, contract-to-hire and fulltime positions with our clients

·       Providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates

·       Experience recruiting for Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, Program / Project Managers Developers, Testers and other positions

·       Ability to research technology / skill sets *to the extent needed for initially qualifying a profile

·       Highly driven, high-energy, passionate about Technical recruiting

·       Willingness to continuously learn new IT trends and be able to support sourcing of emerging technologies

·       Must have experience in sourcing the profiles of H1B, EAD, GC, Citizens.

·       Must have excellent communication skills.
