ACTIVE AND CONTRIBUTING TO OPEN SOURCE PROJECTS.
- HL7 Message Experience
- Eclipse RCP/Plugin Development Experience
- LDAP Knowledge
- Integration Experience

Required Skills:

• Java/J2EE – Core java skills are very important (1.5 or 1.6 version)
• Understanding sequence diagrams
• Writing complex algorithms
• Hibernate/Gemfire L2 or Terracotta or distributed caching..

Desired Skills:

• ObjectDB or CouchDB – Database experience is a huge Plus
