Key skills being targeted are:
* Manage large (25+) teams of Informatica developers
* Manage an offshore teams (20 developers and 3-5 onsite developers)
* Run a daily status calls (i.e. update call at 7AM EST)
* Track progress (overall & technical) for the development team
* Ability to identify inaccurate status communicated by the offshore team
