Job Title : Java Lead
Duration : 12 MONTHS
Location : Morristown NJ

MUST HAVE: SPRING, HIBERNATE, J2EE, hands on architecture…
Results-oriented individual with 5 or more years of client-server application development experience.
Extensive experience with OO concepts, Struts, Hibernate, Design Patterns, Servlet, JDBC, JSP, JMS, EJB, RMI, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, Web Services.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts and software and stay on top of current trends and technical advancements is necessary.
Experience participating in every phase of the development life cycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
Experience with EXT-JS, PL/SQL, .Net, and insurance knowledge is a plus
Strong ability to work in a customer interfacing environment.
