Job Description:
 
Environment Technical Analysts are highly knowledgeable of the environment for a particular application. They provide guidance based on their understanding of the business environment and customer expectations/requirements. They are responsible for delivery of the test environment and provide support of tests that are executing, maintaining the integrity and stability of the environment to the appropriate level in comparison to production, for capacity planning to determine environment needs in the future (i.e. either an increase or reduction in equipment, data, connectivity needs, etc.) and develop recommendations for environment support and enhancements.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) –
- Installation experience
- Application Configuration Support Knowledge
- Infrastructure troubleshooting
- Knowledge of adjunct connectivity
- CTIOS troubleshooting server side
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
- Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
- Self Directed
- Team player
- Testing Experience with these products
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
- Willing to relocate to Bloomington, IL
They are looking for someone with a strong technical aptitude that understands Cisco Voice or Data technologies (preferably voice), but they are flexible based on who has what skills and can move people around on the team. they are doing all of the setup of the test environments for EUCP. This person has to have hands on experience with the different Cisco technologies, about 5+ years would be ideal. They are looking for someone to do high level troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Must have enterprise level experience.
Required Skills:
·         5+ years of Cisco Voice experience including working with CUCM or UCCE.
·         Experience performing advanced complex troubleshooting in an enterprise network environment and environment setup and understanding of testing.
·         experience with Cisco routers and switches on the data side.
 Cisco Voice or Data including working with CUCM or UCCE. Experience with Cisco routers and switches on data side. CTIOS (cisco telephony integration object server).
