Need .NET Developer with Extensive Mortgage Experience
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Required Technical Skills: - Fluent in software development using ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, SQL Server 2005 or 2008, Stored Procedure, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, AJAX. MISMO and pria - Experience with distributed platforms and application environments, with emphasis on Windows platform. - Experience with developing multi-tiered application development. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Participates in the design, development, and maintenance of software code for business applications. - Demonstrates strong communication skills with both external and internal customers. - Ability to work independently building customizable xml web services from conception to finish. - Familiarity with MISMO & PRIA industry standards. - Creates business applications to produce custom solutions for Lenders and Mortgage customers. - Designs, develop and maintain applications that interact with multiple providers to extract data and package for delivery. - Integrates web services with application tier or with backend databases. - Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written, designed, coded, tested and debugged. - Consults with users and develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts. - Fosters and maintains good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
