Location: This position can be filled in any of the primary locations: Des Moines, IA; San Francisco, CA; Chandler, AZ; Scottsdale, AZ; Minneapois, MN; St. Louis, MO; Charlotte, NC and Winston-Salem, NC
Summary:
Skills Required: . At least 3+ years' experience in engineering-level responsibility of compliance archiving systems. ZL Unified Archive Discovery and Compliance is preferred. Experience with CA Message Manager, Assentor, Autonomy Message Manager, Enterprise Vault, Zantaz and other e-mail compliance systems considered.
At least 3+ years expert-level experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010 in an environment with at least 20,000 mailboxes
At least 3+ years' experience in supporting large scalable, mission critical messaging environments
At least 3+ years of experience with analyzing logs and determining database maintenance
Ability to meet corporate audit and security standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great team and vendor relations skills
Skills- preferred
Exposure to formal project management methodology and professional experience related to information technology projects
Understanding of electronic communications regulatory concepts for banks and broker/dealers
Working knowledge of 3rd party collaboration tools such as Blackberry, iPhone, Bloomberg, Reuters, fax, and IM
Understanding of WORM storage required for legal archive
Understanding of secure e-mail systems like Rights Management Services, Voltage, and Omniva
