SAS Programmer/SDTM Mapper

Location: Princeton, NJ. 

Duration: 6 Months+

 

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct source data profiling and create data profiling reports

·         Analyze study requirements, protocol and eCRF documentation

·         Create Source to Target mapping specifications per CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards

·         Coordinate review and approval of mapping specs with business users

·         Develop, maintain and upgrade Manual or Automated test scripts, utilities, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.

·         Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

·         Strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards

·         Strong knowledge of clinical trial data

·         Knowledge of SQL with a demonstrated ability to write queries to be used for data analysis, validation and troubleshooting

·         Knowledge of SAS

·         Skill in understanding and focusing on the clients' needs

·         Strong Skill in data analysis and problem solving

·         Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills, working with technical and non-technical individuals

·         Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

·         Experience testing clinical data related applications is preferred

·         Experience testing data load processes is preferred

·         Knowledge of HP's Quality Center is preferred.
