Position:System Analyst/Technical Lead 

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

We need a System Analyst/Technical Lead who can direct a team of offshore developers in implementing a front end customer facing Meijer Digital Coupon website. 

The resource should be familiar with all aspects of web development – requirements gathering and documentation, software development, execution, on-going support and maintenance. 

The project uses Microsoft technologies (namely VS 2010, .Net Framework 3.5, SQL 2008, Web Services (WCF). Among your many attributes, we are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable to have direct interaction with the customers, analyze the business need and convert into software specs. 

You will be working closely with a cross-functional team on this high visibility project. 

You will be sending the specs to offshore developers and will be accountable for the delivery

This candidate will also lead projects and will work directly with onsite team of 8 and 7 offshore directly reporting to area manager (will need PM skills as well).

Responsible for the timely delivery.

Meet with the customers, take the requirements and put together a design

Should be willing to dive deep down into code and address a issue if need be.

Skills Required:

NET Web Development - (VS2010, .NET 3.5, WCF) – Expert Level

SQL Server Development - (Sprocs, Table Design) – Expert Level

Load Testing Tools - (.NET Load Tester) – Adequate Level
