Genesys Engineer

Duration: 3 months minimum, but there is work into next yr.

Location: Columbus, OH

 

Will hire off a phone interview., not a developer.

 

 

Details:

• Genesys framework installation, configuration and best practices on an Avaya platform

• Knowledge of Genesys interaction server installation, configuration and integration

• Experience with outbound component interactions such as outbound contact server, outbound contact manager,

t-server interactions for outbound, outbound contact, staging and history tables.
